Cancellation Policy
Citrine Salon & Well-Being requires a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations. Appointments cancelled within less than 48 hours are subject to be charge 50% of the scheduled service(s) base cost. Appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours, same day, or “No call no shows” are subject to be charged 100% of the scheduled base cost.
